Ella Studios Boudoir Photoshoot Session Giveaway

This contest is sponsored by Ella Studios, a boudoir photography studio located in Longmont, Colorado.

Contest Period

The contest begins April 10, 2025, and ends April 21, 2025.

Eligibility

This contest is open to women who:

  • Are legal residents of the United States

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Are willing and able to travel to Longmont, Colorado for the boudoir session

Employees of Ella Studios, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, participants must submit their response to the following prompt:

"What would winning this Boudoir Session mean to you?"

Entries must be submitted via Facebook, or Instagram form and website form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries submitted using multiple identities will result in disqualification.

All entries must be complete and agree to the contest’s terms and conditions. Incomplete submissions or failure to agree to the terms will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be reviewed by the Ella Studios team and judged based on:

  • Creativity & originality

  • Emotional resonance and connection to self-love and empowerment

  • Thoughtfulness and clarity of the response

The winner will be selected based on the most compelling, authentic, and creative submission. All decisions are final.

Prize

One winner will receive a boudoir experience valued at $500, including:

  • Professional Hair & Makeup

  • Boudoir Photoshoot at Ella Studios (Longmont, CO)

  • Prepare to Slay Guide

  • One 8x12 Matted Print of Your Favorite Image

  • $200 Print Credit Toward Your Chosen Package

Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be gifted.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected by the Ella Studios team.

  • Notification will be sent via email on or around April 24, 2025.

  • The selected winner must respond within 24 hours to confirm and schedule.

  • Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Verification Requirements

Winner must:

  • Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID

  • Sign a publicity release allowing Ella Studios to use their name, likeness, and session images for marketing

  • Complete any required tax documentation (if applicable)

All taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Travel Responsibility

Winner is responsible for all travel arrangements and costs to and from Longmont, Colorado.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Ella Studios to use their name, likeness, and photographs from the photoshoot and experience for promotional purposes—without additional compensation.

Liability Release

By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ella Studios, its employees, and agents from any liability related to:

  • Participation in the contest

  • Acceptance or use of the prize

  • Technical issues or fraudulent activity

  • Events beyond Ella Studios' control

Additional Terms

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and is void where prohibited.

Ella Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
